Useful information

Deadline to register: 14 October 2025

Please note that the way you register your name, surname, and organisation's name is how they will appear on your badge. Because of this we please ask you to:

1. Use capital letters ONLY for the first letter of your name and surname
2. Use the English alphabet and avoid special characters when writing your name and surname
3. Use abbreviations of your organisation's name
4. Double check for typos
5. Register your personal assistant separately

Groups of more than 5 people are eligible for a 10% discount on the total registration fee. 

The group discount applies only to legitimate groups, meaning all participants must be from the same organisation. Registrations combining individuals from different organisations to qualify for the discount will not be accepted.
