DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City in Brussels, Belgium
The DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is well connected to public transport. The nearest stop is Rogier, located just beside the hotel, which is served by Brussels Metro lines 2 and 6 as well as tram lines 4 and 10. The hotel is also only about 500 metres (a 4–5 minute walk) from Brussels-North railway station, which offers national rail services and a direct train connection to Brussels Airport.
Each participant is responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. You should book accommodation early, as October is a busy season in Brussels.

Brussels is served by two international airports.
High-speed Eurostar services connect Brussels-Midi station directly with London, Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne, offering fast city-centre-to-city-centre travel. Journey times are approximately 2 hours to London, 1 hour 20 minutes to Paris, 1 hour 50 minutes to Amsterdam, and 1 hour 50 minutes to Cologne.
In addition to Eurostar, Brussels has excellent rail connections across Belgium and neighbouring countries.
