Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements for transportation to and from the airport and the Royal Olympic Hotel.

Participants arriving at the Athens International Airport can get to the Royal Olympic Hotel by taxi or by public transport. 

Distance from the airport to the conference venue by car is around 35KM and it takes approximately 35-40 minutes by car at off peak hours. Taxi service can either be pre-booked online directly with one of the local service providers, via App (such as Free Now, Taxiplon, Uber and Epivatis), or through a taxi counter within the Arrivals section of the Athens International Airport.

Public transport buses also leave Athens International Airport directly for Syntagma Square. Journey time by bus is approximately 40 minutes. You can catch the following bus route to Syntagma Square: route X95. Buy the bus tickets here. 

The Athens International Airport is an accessible airport that provides special services and amenities for passengers with disabilities.

Parking facilities for conference participants is available at a charge of €10.00 per day, but but it's very limited capacity. There are, however, private parking spaces around the hotel.
